Learn Ninjutsu – Your Ability To Master Ninjutsu Martial Arts Training Depends On 3 Key Factors!

Are you serious about becoming a master of Ninjutsu? Do you really want to have the skills of a true master Ninja warrior?

I can understand why. The Ninja are seen, even by martial arts practitioners who train in other systems, as being at the top of the martial arts “food chain,” for a reason!

But the keys to mastery are not limited to just knowing a bunch of techniques, weapons, or martial arts moves. No. Mastery begins even before the student – that’s you – starts to learn the skills of the art.

What are these “things” that are the cornerstones of the foundation leading to the state of martial arts Mastery in the art of Ninjutsu – or any other martial art for the matter?

Good question.

They are the belief, faith, or trust in three things. And, without any or all of these tangible and intangible things, your training is doomed to failure. Well, maybe not failure. But, let’s just say that attaining Mastery, succeeding at earning your Black Belt, or becoming a teacher of the Ninja’s self defense and life mastery system, is going to be more a matter of luck than of design and intention.

The 3 critical aspects of Mastery and success as you work to learn ninjutsu are:

1) Belief in yourself, your personal value, and the fact that you are deserving of possessing these skills and abilities

2) Belief in the curriculum – the program – that you are working through as capable of getting you to the level of Mastery that you desire, and…

3) Belief in your teachers as walking, talking examples – to at least some degree – of that which you aspire to be for yourself

That being said, there are many students who only see the Ninja’s arts as a martial arts choice among martial arts choices. They are not seeking Mastery – not true Mastery anyway – and are content to be able to show off a few cool moves and learn enough to allow them to say that they study Ninjutsu.

In this case, this lesson is wasted on them – seen as unneeded, unwanted, and a waste of time, effort, and attention.

But, to others – those who see Ninjutsu as more than another martial art or system of self defense – these three aspects of training are seen for what they are…

…the foundation of a system of life mastery which begins with the protection of self and others, and leads onward and upward towards the ultimate stage where you will have the confidence, power, and control to make your life anything and everything that you desire.

A Liberal Arts Degree Program A Well-rounded Education

A liberal arts degree program offers a more well-rounded learning experience than a technical, vocational or business program. These programs introduce students to books as well as the philosophy and science that form disciplined and creative habits of thought. A liberal arts degree program trains an individual how to think rather than what to think and can lead to endless possibilities.

What does a liberal arts education have to do with the realities that graduates will face after college? The development of the capacities for critical thinking associated with a liberal arts degree program education can be extremely practical because these are the foundation on which to draw for decision making, continual learning, and for making a difference in the workplace.

Given the pace of social and technological change, it does not make sense to devote multiple years of higher education to studying one specific area or skill set. A liberal arts degree program will train an individual to think and draw on one’s education over a lifetime, which is much more practical and precious than mastering a field that is constantly evolving. A liberal arts degree program should teach students to figure out what they love to do, improve in that field and provide them with the ability to develop and continue to learn so that are able to adapt to change rather than become victims of change.

A successful liberal arts degree program develops an individual’s capacity for judgment and innovation. Individuals who are able to best reconfigure existing resources and project the results of the future will be the individuals who shape and mold our culture and economy. We are seldom presented will the information we would like, a liberal arts degree program will teach you how to work with what you are given and act accordingly. The ability to think that is developed in a liberal arts context usually results in combinations of flexibility and focus that make for intelligent and courageous risk taking decisions.

Liberal arts degree programs also put an emphasis on subjects that are often over-looked by other educational programs. Liberal Arts programs emphasize the importance of art and athletics in education as well as the importance of core subjects like reading, writing, science and math.

Liberal arts degree programs emphasize the importance of athletics year-round and spring is on different. Some of the sports emphasized by the NCAA and liberal arts programs around the nation include baseball, golf, lacrosse, rowing, softball, tennis and more.

Spring offers more NCAA sports than any other season. The NCAA offers six sports for male athletes and seven sports for women athletes during the spring. Both men and women participate in golf, lacrosse, tennis and outdoor track & field. Men also participate in baseball and volleyball while women also participate in rowing, softball and water polo.

Business programs as well as vocation and technical programs often overlook the importance of athletics and arts in education while liberal arts programs emphasize the importance. Liberal arts degree programs focus on a more well-rounded education and the importance of “how to think”, which enables an individual to thrive in almost any situation.

Why Students Drop Out Of The Martial Arts The First Month!

This is sort of a question with lots of importance. Nobody has ever come up with a reason for the phenomena, and yet people have tried virtually everything in the world to keep students from leaving. I mean, they were doing good, they were excited, and then they disappeared.

The answer for this problem, and a way to keep enrollment high, is possible through something called Matrix Martial Arts. Matrixing is a technology that introduces logic to the martial arts. The fact of discovering why students drop out came to light because of it.

To understand this problem of student drop out we must understand that there is a problem with the martial arts themselves. I don’t care what you are teaching, be it karate or kung fu or wudan or that rare form of Kenpo, the fact of the matter is that you are teaching by having students memorize random strings of data. With respect, I offer that this is the most inefficient method of learning that there is.

Memorizing random strings of data is an oral tradition that worked when people couldn’t read nor write. Now, how ever, the written word has come into its own, and people can avail themselves of such things as mind mapping, computers, and good, solid logic. This thing of logic is extremely important when one uses Matrix Martial Arts.

Matrixing is the analysis and handling of flow and force. It is a method for laying out a gridwork of martial arts techniques, and being able to quickly and efficiently sort through the techniques until you have the exact and only answer. It is so efficient that people who learn matrixing achieve intuition with their art within months, not years, as is common with the traditional arts.

When matrixing methods were first released, when students were enabled to view all the martial arts as a unique and order body of knowledge, one thing became obvious, there were a lot of blank spots in the martial arts. No matter how many arts one knows, it can’t compare with being able to see all the data. Students who can see the whole picture are always able to learn at a faster rate and in a more efficient manner.

And, students who left early in their training were found to be confused by the blank spots in their education. Learning the martial arts were like learning languages without all the letters. The data appeared illogical, so they left.

The truth of the matter is that students aren’t going to stick with what doesn’t make sense. No matter how much incredible fun they are having, the brain rejects the data, the hardware loses the software, the student refuses the martial arts, simply because the subject has become confusing, and has not been made logical and simple. In a word, no matter whether you teach karate or kung fu or that rare and esoteric style of Tai Chi, you will not be able to keep students unless you matrix your art, and matrix your students, and, the fact of the matter is…you , too, may someday feel like hanging up your gi.

Blocks – The True American Martial Art

When discussing the various martial arts and fighting styles from around the world, the little known urban system of 52 Blocks, a variation of the more broad style Jailhouse Rock, has to enter the conversation. Researchers Daniel Marks and Kammau Hunter have argued that Jailhouse Rock may in fact be America’s only “Native Martial Art.” With an African influence and believed to have originated in the 17th and 18th centuries by slaves, 52 Blocks went on to evolve in the streets of Brooklyn and US prisons. The style focuses on close quarter techniques, similar to those self defense situations found in environments like prisons, restrooms, alleys, and hallways where movement would be limited.

As mentioned above, 52 Blocks, also called “52 Hand Blocks” and “The 52’s”, is part of a larger collection of fighting styles referred to as “JHR”, or “Jailhouse Rock.” 52 Blocks and their variants are similar to the martial arts of capoeira and savate, both of which were fighting systems associated with urban criminal subcultures, which underwent a gradual process of codification before becoming established as martial arts accessible by the mainstream. Other variations from the JHR collection are Comstock, San Quentin style, Mount Meg, and Stato, each name in reference to the prison that it was started at. As it gained popularity and exposure in the earyl 70’s, Jail House Rock seems to have first showed up in the media in an article on Martial Arts in prison called, “KARATE IN PRISON: Menace, or Means of Spiritual Survival?,” in Black Belt Magazine from July, 1974.

Despite wide belief, 52 Blocks is not a style of Western boxing, nor is it Wing Chun mixed with Western boxing. Considered a defensive style that creates openings for offense through constant movement, the fighter blocks/catches punches with the forearms and elbows. Short power punches, flowing movement, and counter striking are all aspects of 52 that are emphasised, while using sharp and evasive footwork. Unlike boxing but similar to Muay Thai, the elbows are commonly used to strike the opponent.

Much of the argument and conflicting information about 52 Blocks stems from whether or not the style has been influenced at all by “uprocking” or what most of us call breakdancing. Some believe this link is the aspect of some of the fighting techniques inspired by or copied from the “diss moves” taken from the Brooklyn Rock or uprock style of breakdancing. It looks like you can find as many sources stating these links between 52 and urban dancing as you can to the contrary, making it the subject on 52 with the most conflicting information.

As many practitioners of 52 have felt that their system has long been overlooked, it’s now is starting to take its rightful place in martial arts history, the product of longtime growing media coverage. Jack Johnson, the first black heavyweight, is one of the high profile boxers to first endorse 52 and professional boxers including Mike Tyson Zab Judah, and Bernard Hopkins have testified to the existence of the style, giving it a voice of legitimacy from true fighters. Rashad Evans, former light heavyweight champion in the UFC, has also promoted 52 and its effectiveness.

Artsnyou Offer To Give The Wonderfull Arts Gallery

As any other newlywed couple who would be eager to start a new journey of life; we were looking for our home which would be away from this fast paced world. We ended up choosing a place where surrounding was closer to nature and a little away from the hustle bustle of the town. The house was very beautiful, however the walls were lackluster and the emptiness of the house was not what we have contemplated. Inspired and completely in love with art; we decided to bring life to those dull walls by beautifying them with some amazing paintings and art pieces.
“Where the pace of life is fast and there is unfulfilled desire to relax in every heart; the painting on the wall is so still, and every gaze, slows me down”- Anonymous
This started the enigma of confusion – the confusion to choose from the gamut of available options. The market seemed flooded with varied options and as a newbie to this world of art, we were not able to select from the wide range of paintings. There were abstract paintings which were painted in bright colors and on other hand; there were beautiful portraits and the paintings which captured serene natural beauty. There were beautiful flowers which looked real and there were some paintings which were just painted taking inspiration from those flowers but in totally unrelated manner.
Abstract art is forever catching my fantasy. Right from the childhood days, I was mesmerized by the use of bold colors in the simplest of designs which always looked awesome at walls be that of my school or of some art gallery. I started painting in my early childhood and still remember those days, when we used to use crayons or plastic colors on the plain white drawing sheets after designing various sorts of shapes and then carefully paintings those shapes. Gradually we started using various objects like scale, compass and what not to draw complex shapes and then filling them with bold colors. Those paintings looked so full of life and energy. As with time, the passion to paint such random shapes kept on increasing though not knowing that all these paintings fall in the special category of abstract art.
In search of such painting, we wandered around the city in every shop possible and in so called art galleries. To my surprise, not many shops had good collection of art work and in some art galleries where we found some good collection, the asking price was too high, which made them much beyond the budget of middle class. One of my friends told us to search online for some good online art galleries from where one can choose from the collection of more than thousands of paintings at one stop. I visited some of such online sites and the overall experience was awesome. We were contended with the quality of the end product delivered and at last my dream of decorating my new house with lovely abstract art masterpieces was accomplished, which made me so happy.
ArtsNyou.com has good collection of art work and paintings.

Hand Conditioning For Extreme Martial Arts Punching Power

All of us have seen those amazing feats of mind over matter, where a martial artist is breaking a stack of bricks as tall as he is. Most of us assume that he’s made of something different than we, super human perhaps. And while it may be true he has a higher tolerance for pain than many, it isn’t true that these skills are natural or in bred. They can be achieved by anyone willing to put the time in.

So exactly how does a person go from ordinary to indestructible? The key lies in hand conditioning. Hand conditioning is the secret tool used in many martial arts to prepare the body for very high impact and for combat. It conditions the bone and the nerves to withstand great trauma without sustaining injury. But it must be trained gradually and methodically if great gains are to be made.

Hand conditioning has two physiological consequences. The first is a deadening of the nerves. Pounding bone on a hard object repeatedly eventually kills the feeling in that part of the body. So when expert breakers claim to have no pain during a break that is why. They can’t feel anything but pressure. The second change that occurs is actually a strengthening of the bone itself. When bone is cracked your body released calcium to that region which later hardens and becomes new bone. This often results in big thick fat knuckles, the trademark of a conditioned striker.

So for those interested, what is the best way to train for this sort of extreme skill? Hit stuff, plain and simple. Old school Karate practitioners would smash their knuckles with a hammer and then punch a wall until they passed out. This would turn the hand into more of a mangled club, good for little else but smashing. But this is unnecessary. Most hard core breakers take a long term and dedicated approach with a little each day mentality.

If you’re learning to strike with the fore fist, or the first two knuckles, you might start with lightly punching wood a hundred times a day or so. Go until the sting is too much to bear, rest, and repeat. Eventually your hands will harden and the nerves will deaden. You’ll know when its time to move onto brick or steal, a surface that won’t be so forgiving. But keep in mind, in training; you don’t need to be using great force. Keep relaxed and go for repetition.

This training is not recommended for everyone, but if this is your art and you’re dedicated, you can make great gains in just a few months. A few minutes a day will result in a rock hard punch after just a few months. But if anything feels off consult a doctor and use common sense.
